To access your phpMyAdmin from cPanel, simply you need to log in to cPanel and click the phpMyAdmin icon in the Databases section. You can also search for phpmyadmin in top of the cpanel page to locate.

Click on the PHPmyadmin and it will take you to your databases attached to this cpanel/user.
