If you are hosted with HostJinni.com for the first time, you are assured the best quality services with no risk at all. Try our services for 30 days without any risk! The refund is only applicable to the new clients for first, 30 days on the first service purchased. This risk free 30 days is aplicable only on shared hosting and reseller plans for 7 days for new clients only (max client age should be 30 days or less).

In case, you don't want to continue with HostJinni.com, with in 30 days, you can easily cancel your hosting account with us, and regardless of your hosting plan or billing cycle (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc.), you will be issued a refund after deducting payment gateway charges as 10% or INR 500 which ever is higher. Refund will be processed only for the new clients, on the orders that are directly processed via website without opting any additional discount or any add on service like domain migation, host migration services, server set up, free of cost. If your account is suspended due to any unacceptable use of service, refund will not be processed.
